Terms of Service

Suprclaw ("Suprclaw," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI agent platform that lets you create teams of AI agents to research, automate, and execute tasks on your behalf. The service is operated by the individual founder of Suprclaw.

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use Suprclaw.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Suprclaw. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

By signing in, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

Suprclaw uses Sign in with Google and Sign in with Apple for authentication. We do not store your passwords. Your account is tied to the identity provider you choose.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@suprclaw.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Suprclaw is a subscription-based service. Subscriptions are purchased and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device.

• All billing is handled by Apple or Google. Suprclaw does not directly process your payment information.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Refund requests are governed by the refund policies of Apple or Google. Suprclaw does not issue refunds directly.
• We may change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Suprclaw enables your AI agents to browse the web, scrape public content, execute scheduled tasks, and coordinate with other agents on your behalf.

You are solely responsible for how you use your agents. You agree not to use Suprclaw to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation;
• Scrape, access, or interact with websites in violation of their Terms of Service;
• Send spam, generate misinformation, or conduct influence operations;
• Harass, stalk, or harm any individual or organization;
• Perform credential stuffing, unauthorized access, or any form of cyberattack;
• Circumvent technical measures of any third-party platform.

Suprclaw includes a Marketplace where you can browse, discover, and add pre-built agents created by Suprclaw or the community to your team.

• Agent listings are provided for convenience. Suprclaw does not guarantee that any marketplace agent will perform as described, be available at all times, or be free of errors.
• When you add a marketplace agent to your team, you assume full responsibility for the tasks you assign to it and the outputs it produces.
• You may not reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or redistribute any agent listed in the Marketplace without explicit permission from its creator.
• Suprclaw reserves the right to remove any agent listing from the Marketplace at any time, without notice, if it violates these Terms or poses a risk to users.

Suprclaw is not liable for any harm, data loss, or unintended actions caused by agents sourced from the Marketplace. Use all agents — whether built by us or others — with appropriate review and oversight.

Suprclaw's agents are powered by AI language models and automated browser execution. All AI outputs — including scraped data, research summaries, drafted content, and agent decisions — may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, reliability, or fitness of any AI-generated result. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying agent outputs before acting on them. Do not rely on Suprclaw for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Suprclaw is powered by several third-party infrastructure providers. Your use of Suprclaw involves these services operating on the backend:

• Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure;
• Suprclaw Engine (github.com/itsivag/suprclaw-engine) — in-house AI agent execution engine;
• DigitalOcean — cloud infrastructure and compute;
• RevenueCat — subscription management and entitlement tracking.

We are not responsible for the availability, actions, or failures of these third-party services. Your use of Suprclaw is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers. We do not endorse or assume liability for any third-party content or websites your agents interact with.

You retain ownership of any content, instructions, or data you provide to Suprclaw. We do not use your conversations, agent tasks, or outputs to train AI models.

By using Suprclaw, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and handle your data.

We may suspend or permanently terminate your account — without prior notice — if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have:

• Violated these Terms or our Acceptable Use policy;
• Used Suprclaw in a way that could harm other users, third parties, or the platform;
• Engaged in abuse, fraud, or illegal activity.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. Upon termination, your right to use Suprclaw ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be automatically refunded — you must cancel separately through your app store.

Suprclaw and all its original content, features, and technology are owned by Suprclaw and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Suprclaw without our written permission.

Suprclaw is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of AI results, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprclaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities — arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of Suprclaw after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
