Privacy Policy

1. Who We Are
Suprclaw ("Suprclaw," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI agent platform operated by its individual founder. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@suprclaw.com.
2. What We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to provide and improve the service. Here's a breakdown:

| Device & Technical Data | Device type, OS version, push notification token (FCM), IP address, and app version. Used for technical operations and sending notifications. |
| Waitlist Email | If you submit your email on our landing page, we store it to notify you at launch. We use Resend to send these emails. |
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Run your AI agents and deliver results;
- Process and manage your subscription status;
- Send push notifications about agent activity and daily summaries (via FCM);
- Send transactional and launch emails (via Resend) — no spam;
- Understand how people use Suprclaw and improve the product;
- Detect and prevent abuse, fraud, or security threats;
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your data for advertising. We do not use your agent tasks or outputs to train AI models.
4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
Suprclaw shares data with the following third parties, strictly to operate the service:

| Mixpanel | Product analytics. Receives anonymized feature usage events to help us improve the product. |
| Vercel | Web hosting and analytics for the Suprclaw landing page. Processes anonymized visitor data. |
| Resend | Transactional email delivery. Receives your email address to send notifications and launch updates. |
| Apple / Google | Identity providers (Sign-In) and payment processors (App Store / Google Play). Governed by their own privacy policies. |
We may also share your data if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.
5. Cookies & Tracking
The Suprclaw website uses minimal cookies — only those necessary for the site to function (e.g. session state). We use Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or fingerprinting and is privacy-friendly by design.
The Suprclaw mobile app does not use browser cookies. Firebase and Mixpanel use device identifiers (which you can reset through your device settings) to track in-app usage events.
You can limit analytics tracking on mobile by adjusting your device's privacy settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
6. Push Notifications
If you grant permission, Suprclaw will send push notifications to your device using Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM). These include:
- Agent task completion updates;
- Daily performance summaries from your AI team;
- Important account or system alerts.
You can disable push notifications at any time from your device's notification settings or from within the Suprclaw app.
7. Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your data only as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:
- Your account, agent configurations, task history, and personal data are deleted immediately.
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics data (which cannot identify you) may be retained for product improvement purposes.
- Your subscription must be canceled separately through the App Store or Google Play — account deletion does not automatically cancel your subscription.
To request data deletion, delete your account from within the app or contact us at hello@suprclaw.com.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls on our backend infrastructure. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and encourage you to use strong, unique credentials with your Google or Apple account.
In the event of a data breach that affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
9. Children's Privacy
Suprclaw is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will delete it immediately. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, contact us at hello@suprclaw.com.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct inaccurate data;
- Delete your data (see Section 7);
- Object to or restrict how we process your data;
- Withdraw consent for analytics or push notifications at any time.

11. International Data Transfers
Suprclaw is operated from India. Our third-party service providers (listed in Section 4) may process your data in other countries, including the United States. By using Suprclaw, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in these countries, which may have different data protection laws than your own.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the app or email. Continued use of Suprclaw after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
