Legal
End User License Agreement
Effective date: February 26, 2026
1. Parties
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("End User") and Suprclaw ("Licensor") for the use of the Suprclaw mobile application ("App"), distributed via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not parties to this EULA and are not responsible for the App or its content.
2. License Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA and your active subscription, Suprclaw grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on any Apple or Android device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
3. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App;
- Distribute, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or lend the App to any third party;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law;
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices on the App;
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of the Terms of Service.
4. Intellectual Property
The App and all intellectual property rights in it — including code, design, trademarks, and content — belong exclusively to Suprclaw. This EULA does not transfer any ownership rights to you. You are only granted the limited license described in Section 2.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Access to the App requires an active subscription. All subscriptions are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective store's policies. Suprclaw has no control over and accepts no responsibility for payment processing.
6. Maintenance & Support
Suprclaw is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple and Google have no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.
For support, contact us at hello@suprclaw.com or visit suprclaw.com/support.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" without any warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Suprclaw disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In the event of any failure of the App to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple or Google and they may refund the purchase price (if any) according to their policies. Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
8. Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Suprclaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Suprclaw's total liability to you for any claim arising under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Product Claims
Suprclaw — not Apple or Google — is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your use of it, including but not limited to: product liability claims, consumer protection claims, intellectual property infringement claims, and any claims under applicable laws or regulations.
10. Third-Party Beneficiaries (Apple)
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance of these terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
11. Legal Compliance
You represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country subject to a government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
12. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies from your devices. Sections 4, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination.
13. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under this EULA shall be resolved in accordance with the Terms of Service.
